St. John's is in the process of expanding their facilities and implementing their Master Plan. As part of this ten year plan, existing facilities are being rehabilitated and the reorganization of the physical athletic department plant.

The new Alumni Hall northside office conversion is a response to the immediate need to provide for a more efficient and organized working spaces for the athletic facilities staff, swimming and soccer coaching staffs.
