The Natatorium was closed and not used for approximately 13 years and was in need of repair. ACB was asked to evaluate the existing conditions and to design and rehabilitate the pool and locker room within a small budget.

The objectives were to render the pool inviting to the students of Erasmus Hall as well as to visiting students from the neighboring schools. A skylight that was covered over with tar paper was reopened, new tiles were installed with artwork and modern lockerroom facilities were built.
