association with Reynolds, Smith & Hill (RS&H), ACB was responsible
for the rehabilitation of the existing terminal, approximately 128,000
sq. ft and was also the Associate Architect with RS&H on the design
and contract documents of the new Seventy (70) Million Dollar Terminal.
